Your pay starts off with 85% of the gross load pay for the first year and goes up 1% every year. Our owner operators gross 5-10k weekly and 350-450k yearly, running dedicated lanes and pulling HOT spot market freight. Our dispatchers are paid commission only so the more you make, the more they make as well. This win-win formula is what drives success at MTS and this is why Owner Operators chose to call MTS their home.

Trailer Rent

Lease Purchase
Rent one of our 2017-2023 dry van trailers for $150 per week OR lease purchase the same trailer for $200 per week. We cover insurance and you are responsible for maintaining the trailer. All trailers are food grade, air-ride equipped and come with the Meritor Tire Inflation System which will help keep your tires properly inflated to reduce wear and increase fuel economy. We renew trailers every year in order to offer the best possible equipment to our drivers, owner operators, and customers.
Your weekly cargo and liability insurance charge is $200. Excess general liability, occupational accident and passenger policy are all provided to you at no additional cost.
Your escrow charge is $100 per week until you reach a balance of $3,000. We also offer optional physical damage insurance at a charge of 4% of the total value of your equipment.
