Full Truckload Sales Representative

In the role as a Full Truckload Sales Representative, you will be working alongside a team of dedicated staff and drivers to drive new business and create relationships to obtain dedicated contracts. Our ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years in a high paced Full Truckload sales environment and the ability to make 100+ calls per day. In addition, our ideal candidate will be able to connect with both customers and drivers creating solid and profitable relationships while building a strong book of business.

  • Cold calling 100+ contacts per day.

  • Rate Negotiation. 

  • Dispatch and cover 5-10 trucks per day.

  • Develop a strong book of business with dedicated Full Truckload freight.

  • Work alongside a team of dedicated asset-based transportation professionals.

  • Hit and exceed all sales goals on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis.

  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor.


  • 1-2 years experience in an asset-based transportation sales role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop strong business relationships and maintain a solid lead pipeline.

  • Ability to make 100+ phone calls per day.

  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

  • Able to negotiate rates and ensure high profitability margins.

  • Comprehensive understanding of driver scheduling and booking loads.

  • Understanding of load boards.

  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Schedule

  • Full-time position

  • Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm

  • Must be located in Jacksonville, FL
