In this role, you will work directly with customers and drivers to develop business, find transportation solutions, and build strong relationships established on trust. 

Requirements and Skills

• Effective and timely communication with a diverse audience. Must be able to make over 100 phone calls throughout the day in order to compare truckloads based on load pay, distance, pick up and delivery times, delivery market, drivers' available hours and other factors
• Negotiate freight rates to maximize profitability and continuous company growth 
• Create and maintain customer relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues on a daily basis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid change

Job Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
• Must be located in Jacksonville, FL

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in dispatching and/or freight brokerage is required. An associate's or bachelor's degree in a business related field is preferred. We will incorporate a training window to ensure you know what you are doing before you are held accountable for anything.
